What to expect on collection

Collect your Turkey from; Glebe Farm, Owermoigne, Dorchester, Dorset, DT2 8HN

We understand Christmas is a busy time of year for everyone and no one wants to be waiting around in a queue. Therefore, we ask that when you pick up your turkey from us you bring  your order reference number and the full name in which the order was made. The quickest and easiest way to do this is to bring a printed copy of your order confirmation, which you will receive via email. You can then give this to a member of the Chilcott Turkeys team, who will get your turkey and bring it back to your car.  All you need to do is wait in your car.

Any turkeys which have not been ordered through our website will need to be paid for on collection, this can be through cash or card.  

You can collect your turkey at your convenience on the 23rd December, between 8am and 5pm or 24th December between 8am and 3pm.

Please ensure you remove your turkey and its giblets from the box and refrigerate immediately. We cannot offer a refund for any turkey which has not been refrigerated after collection.
