The safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers is paramount. In response to Covid-19, we have introduced a new “click and collect” online ordering system. We strongly encourage all customers to use this new process as the safest and most convenient way to order, pay for and collect your Christmas turkey. By using our online system, you will be helping us to minimise queueing, handling and transaction time on collection, which is in everyone’s best interests.
If you have already ordered your turkey by phone or email, your order will be fulfilled as usual, but please note that on collection we can accept card payments or, the exact amount of cash in an unsealed envelope (please do not “lick and stick” to seal it!). If you have already phoned or emailed your order and prefer to use our safety-first, click and collect system, then please do not duplicate your order – just call us on 01305 852639 for assistance.
